Stella is a detached 180 m² rural house on a 1,000 m² plot in Punikve, a quiet hamlet above the town of Ivanec. The house looks out over a fragrant orchard and a green vineyard, with the forest and mountains close by. It is ideal for families and friends looking for a holiday in nature with the town still within easy reach.
The house was fully renovated in 2024. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms (one with a whirlpool bath), a living room with a fireplace, two kitchens with dining areas, an indoor barbecue room with a built-in grill and a games room with a billiard table. Outside you will find a 32 m² pool, a covered terrace, a children's playground and sun loungers for lazy afternoons. Air conditioning keeps it cool in summer, while central heating and the fireplace make it cosy in winter, so it is a pleasant stay all year round.

One baby cot is available. The bedrooms are in the attic on the 2nd floor, where the ceiling is low in places (min. 120 cm), so mind the sloping ceilings.

The house lies at the foot of Mount Ivančica, part of the Zagorske gore Nature Park. Castles, baroque towns, thermal spas and miles of hiking trails are all a short drive away.
