This policy explains what personal data we collect through kuca-stella.hr, why we collect it and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred arrival and departure dates, number of guests, whether you are bringing a pet, and your message. When you contact us directly by email or phone, we process the details you give us.
3. Why we collect it
We use your data only to answer your enquiry, send you an offer and arrange a possible booking. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing and we never sell it to third parties.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and handle a possible booking. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact. If you book, we keep your data for as long as required by the rules on guest registration and accounting.
5. Who else has access
To run the website we use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Web3Forms: forwards the form enquiry to our email and stores it temporarily,
- Google (Gmail): the email account where we receive enquiries,
- Cloudflare: website hosting and protection against attacks, which involves technical data such as your IP address,
- OpenStreetMap: the map in the Location section is loaded from their servers, so they see your IP address.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer relies on safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, which is why there is no cookie banner.
7. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, or object to its processing. Just write to us at drazensankovic70@gmail.com. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top, always applies.
